For the second year in a row, Classic Construction Ltd. has made Alberta Venture Magazine’s Fast 50 List, The only company in Medicine Hat to make either list, Classic Construction’s win was based on a three-year revenue increase of 206%.

Alberta Venture Magazine’s Fast 50, #8 (Under $20 Million) In January of 2007 Classic Construction Ltd. was ranked by Alberta’s Venture Magazine as the 8th Fastest Growing Company in the province under $20 Million. The only company from Medicine Hat and the highest ranked construction company to do so, Classic’s innovative approach to the affordability issue faced by so many Albertans, made them a natural candidate for Venture’s 10th Annual Fast 50 List.

At an awards banquet held October 18, 2007 hosted by the Medicine Hat and District Chamber of Commerce and Community Futures Entre-Corp, Classic Construction Ltd. was recognized for their innovative and outstanding Marketing campaign. High impact visual advertising that offered the same bold message in a variety of media,they saturated the marketplace in such a way as to advance sales in record numbers.

R.E.A.C.H.H. Award
In 2007 Classic Construction Ltd. was awarded the R.E.A.C.H.H. Award by the Medicine Hat Housing Authority. Standing for: Recognizing Excellent Achievement and Creativity in Housing and Homelessness, the award was presented to Classic Construction Ltd. as recognition for their contribution to the problem of affordable housing in Medicine Hat, and in appreciation of the unique relationship Classic had created with the Housing Authority.

Government of Alberta – Sustainable Housing Recognition
Alberta Government awarded a golden shovel to Classic Communities on 2005 to The award was presented to Classic Construction Ltd. as recognition of their contribution to the community needs of Medicine Hat and the sustainable housing solutions.
